Exercise during pregnancy is a must in my opinion. Although at times you could think of nothing worse, you feel so much more energetic and refreshed once the workout is over, plus keeping fit and active is proven to prepare your body for labour and allow for an easier birth! Anything to make the birth of your baby go smoothly is worth a go! Pregnancy exercise classes are also a great way to also meet some other mum’s to be.
